At your free, 40 minute consultation we’ll have a chat about the problem you’re seeking help with and what you want to achieve. I’ll explain how hypnotherapy can help you, what to expect and how many sessions you may need. Of course, I’ll also answer any questions you may have. You can be assured of a friendly, sensitive and empathic approach. There’s no pressure to book further appointments if it doesn’t feel right for you – I promise. I want you to feel confident that you’re choosing the right therapist.

After your free consultation I’ll send you a link to download my relaxation hypnosis MP3. If you would prefer a CD, please let me know when you book your appointment.

Taking the decision to seek help and talking over your problems (perhaps for the first time) can, in itself, start the healing process. You may well find that by the time you come to your first hypnotherapy session changes have already started taking place, particularly if you are listening to your hypnosis relaxation CD daily.

Hypnotherapy Fees

£60 per 1 hour session except for the Mind Spa & Stopping Smoking, details below.

6 session package – £ 340

On average clients have 6 sessions – simple phobias can be resolved more quickly, while complex issues may take longer. This will be discussed at your free initial consultation.

BWRT Fees

First BWRT session – £75 for 1 1/2 hours

£60 for sessions up to 1 hour

6 session package £350

In some cases your issue may be addressed more effectively with BWRT, or a combination of both hypnotherapy and BWRT.

Stop Smoking

Two session package – £155 (2 x 1½ hours) – includes CD to work with between sessions.

Please note that for smoking cessation your consultation is carried out during your first session. I will ask you to complete a quick questionnaire by email before your appointment.

The Mind Spa

If you’re curious about hypnotherapy and you’d like a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience my hypnotherapy mind spa is perfect for you – £50

No consultation necessary for mind spa, though I will ask you to complete a questionnaire in advance.
